Integrative Counselling
Psychodynamic Therapy
Explores how the emotions you're feeling today may be connected to past experiences. The aim is to help you uncover the root causes of your current pain and address them at their source. By understanding these deeper connections, you can begin to break free from unhelpful cycles and experience lasting change.
Humanistic Therapy
Is a person-centred approach based on the belief that everyone is unique and has inherent strengths and resources to overcome personal challenges. Your Counsellor will listen to you without judgement and demonstrate empathy and compassion. These core conditions help provide a safe context in which you can grow in self-awareness, connect with your inner strengths and find personal healing.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Is a practical, goal-oriented approach that focuses on the present and helps you address your current feelings and experiences. It explores how your thoughts (cognitions) directly influence your emotions, and, in turn, your behaviour. Together with your Counsellor, you'll identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthy strategies to adjust them.
