  • Apply practical strategies to replenish emotional and physical resources before reaching the point of burnout.

  • Create a personalised plan for maintaining healthy boundaries and sustainable caring practices.

Who Is This Course For?

This course is designed for anyone who regularly supports others, whether in a professional, voluntary, or personal capacity. It is particularly relevant for carers, volunteers, community leaders, managers, frontline staff, and individuals who often find themselves providing emotional support to friends and family.

Course Overview

Supporting others can be deeply rewarding, but it can also take a significant toll if our own needs are neglected. This course explores the impact of ongoing emotional labour, helping participants recognise early warning signs of compassion fatigue and burnout. Through reflection and practical exercises, participants will learn how to care for others sustainably while protecting their own wellbeing.
